Dr. Endurance Cletus Agonor, is the CEO of Aceroyal Estates Homes Ltd., a visionary in the real estate sector. With a doctorate degree in philosophy in Real Estate Management from Prowess University, USA. Dr. Endurance has established himself as a master in delivering exceptional service.
Dr. Endurance has obtained several other certifications both in management and in leadership!
His leadership oversight has led to the successful launch of numerous estates in Lagos and Abuja, solidifying his reputation for excellence.
Driven by his passion for growth and excellence, he’s not only a thought leader but also a recipient of multiple awards recognizing his significant contributions to the real estate industry, both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Endurance, is the President of under 40 CEO’s of Nigeria and a member of REDAN.
Racheal Okun Agonor
Chief Operating Officer
Rachel is focused on implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet company’s objectives.
Rachel is Certified in Project and facility Management, Racheal has helped over 30 private individuals manage and overseen their building projects from start to finish with 100% value given.
Rachel is also the founder of Naijabroker

Endurance Cletus Agonor is the CEO of ACEROYAL ESTATE HOMES LTD. He is responsible for overseeing all the various departments of the business with a proven executive management track record and over 13 years of experience driving sales growth in the different industries Prior to joining the real estate sector, Endurance is Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Communications leading the transformation of the company into a giant global enterprise-focused company while growing sales and investment year over year.
Previously, He has served in full capacity in the field-marketing team of UNILEVER, BASEWATER, MONETUIM, TEQUILLA, OXFOLD GROUP, etc. where he led the design and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies, creating a brand identity and awareness with a prove record of maximum success.
He earned a BA degree of International studies and Diplomacy Faculty of Art, at the University of Benin, Nigeria, and has since been listed as an executive board member of various groups and organizations.

His passion for real estate cannot be overemphasized as he believes everyone deserves a decent place to call home, nobody should be called homeless, thus he is working round the clock to create affordable eco friendly housing for all, irrespective of income or status.
