Lead our development projects from initiation to completion, keeping them on schedule, within budget and to standard.
What you will do
- Plan, coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets and work plans.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and make sure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Identify project risks and put effective mitigation in place.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
- Deliver projects within scope, budget and quality standards.
- Keep proper project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience managing projects.
- Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and methods.
- Working knowledge of Kanban, Critical Path Method (CPM), Kaizen, Agile and Scrum.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
