Every plot comes with a registered survey — a licensed surveyor’s map of your land’s exact boundaries and location, filed with the state’s Office of the Surveyor-General — which is required before any land title (Certificate of Occupancy, Right of Occupancy, Freehold, etc.) can be issued. Aceroyal handles the surveying, documentation, and title process on your behalf.

Allocation Day is held every three months. Licensed surveyors walk you through your plot’s exact location and boundaries, and our Admin team has your documents ready to sign on-site — no back-and-forth or weeks of waiting. It’s also a chance to meet future neighbors and fellow investors.
