Own cost planning and control across our construction projects, from bills of quantities to final accounts.
What you will do
- Pre-contract cost planning and preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Quantity take-offs from drawings, and feasibility studies.
- Tendering, procurement and subcontractor evaluation.
- Site measurements, interim valuations, variations and monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs).
- Review contracts, variations and payment certificates.
- Final account negotiation and contract closure.
- Cost reporting, budget control and stakeholder liaison.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of construction or project experience.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, valuations, CVRs and contract administration.
- Proficiency in CostX, PlanSwift, WinQS or similar software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation and communication skills.
